Hoy quiero hablarles de un tema que afecta a millones de personas, pero que a veces se pasa por alto: el tabaco y sus efectos en nuestra salud bucal. La verdad es que fumar no solo afecta a los pulmones, tambi\u00e9n hace un da\u00f1o tremendo a nuestros dientes y enc\u00edas. Al fumar, los dientes se manchan y las enc\u00edas se debilitan. A largo plazo, esto puede llevar a problemas graves como <strong>gingivitis<\/strong>, <strong>periodontiti<\/strong>s o <strong>p\u00e9rdida de dientes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, el humo del tabaco reduce el flujo de saliva, lo que provoca que la boca se reseque. Esto es un problema porque la saliva ayuda a neutralizar los \u00e1cidos y proteger los dientes. Fumar mancha el esmalte de los dientes, dej\u00e1ndolos con ese tono amarillento o marr\u00f3n tan caracter\u00edstico. Esas manchas no se quitan con el cepillo de dientes normal, y a veces solo los tratamientos de blanqueamiento pueden ayudar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element el mal aliento, tambi\u00e9n conocido como halitosis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ba1d45c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" claro.
